Since 2009, I’ve been deeply immersed in the world of project ​management, starting my career in writing, communications for ​a humor festival, and TV series production. My love for cinema, ​photography, and documentaries has guided my journey through ​vibrant cities such as Zaragoza and Madrid for 10 years, and ​Barcelona for another 5, where I collaborated with top ​advertising agencies and renowned brands.


My passion lies in creativity, branding, organization, and strategy. ​With extensive experience in communication and project ​management, I have successfully led multifaceted projects ​across social media, E-commerce, print, and digital platforms. ​While I feel at home on set, coordinating projects and leading ​teams is where I truly excel. I thrive in environments where ​strategic planning, creativity, and seamless execution are ​essential.

For ALDI, I led a 12-person studio, ensuring seamless collaboration with ​the creative agency to develop all creative materials. Our ​comprehensive work included weekly brochures, digital content for ​social media and the web, eCommerce, photos for all communication ​channels, store openings, PR photos, and additional content as ​needed.


During the Christmas season, we produced special brochures ​featuring holiday recipes, food, and toys. ALDI was the first ​supermarket to change the concept and create something unique ​every week in their brochures. We developed various themes, such as ​Under the Sea, Sustainability, solar system, cinema,... all incorporated ​into different sets to make the food brochures engaging and fun ​through storytelling. The digital content supported the weekly theme ​and included cooking tips, recipes, video recipes, step-by-step guides, ​DIY projects, and all the creative elements we could imagine.

I managed the studio by organizing samples from the brand and ​creating weekly shooting schedules.


My team consisted of producers, set designers, photographers, food ​stylists, creatives, stylists, and freelancers as needed (models, ​makeup artists, etc.).


In the Print & Outdoor category, the Fresh Prints campaign by ​McCann for Aldi won a Silver award.

NESTLÉ

For Nestlé, I worked on the production and creative development of ​various pieces for their brands, including Nesquik, Fitness, Nescafé, ​Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Starbucks, Maggi, Buitoni, Purina, and Nesquino ​(a product in China).


I produced shot lists, photos, retouching, creative photography, ​storytelling, digital materials, video recipes, lifestyle content, and ​product photos. I managed the hiring of all necessary in-house or ​freelance providers for each project. Additionally, I performed the role ​of an art buyer, sourcing suitable photographers and liaising with ​model agencies to ensure the best talent for our projects.


THE COCA-COLA COMPANY


For Coca-Cola, I produced the international partner campaign for the Euro ​2024. The creativity focused on sharing rituals under the hashtag ​#TheRitualCup.


The campaign included two main videos in various formats, DOOH (Digital ​Out Of Home), OOH (Out Of Home), social media photos & GIFs, ​influencers, and a social media contest to encourage participation.

As a Project Manager, I lead, plan, implement, and manage end-to-end projects in collaboration with multi-​functional teams, including E-commerce, Marketing, Developers, Tech, and Business stakeholders.


My role involves identifying risks promptly and adapting tasks to achieve the best possible outcomes. I ensure ​detailed documentation of project processes and learnings, sharing these insights with other project managers. I ​serve as the central connection with stakeholders while managing several digital projects simultaneously.


My responsibilities include overseeing team management in line with strategic communication plans, ​executing projects from scoping and briefing through to final delivery, and coordinating brand campaigns, ​including digital and 360 campaigns on a global scale.


I am results-oriented, focusing on KPIs and ensuring thorough project documentation and knowledge sharing ​across teams. I handle changes smoothly, identify issues early, and facilitate timely resolutions.


Additionally, I support the Director and other departments to align strategic priorities, create effective ​roadmaps, and set milestones. My role involves leading workflows, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ​coordinating across various departments such as Digital, E-commerce, Web, Editorial, PR, Advertising, and Store, ​including Flagship projects.

As a Project Manager at Mango, I led the editorial team and ​coordinated the brand's campaigns across all touchpoints, including ​digital, website, social media, PR, paid media, stores, and more. The ​main focus was on digital content. I managed the website, social ​media channels, video and print campaigns, paid media, window ​displays, packaging, events, and all other elements of a 360° ​campaign.


I ensured smooth project execution from start to finish, focusing on ​time, cost, and quality. This involved creating roadmaps and retro-​timings to set milestones, manage variables, and meet deadlines, ​ensuring effective workflow across departments and teams. I ​prioritized tasks and coordinated efforts like an orchestra, ensuring all ​departments worked together harmoniously to achieve the best ​results.


Proactively, I gathered information, anticipated potential issues, and ​resolved them before they escalated. As the central interface for all ​stakeholders, I facilitated clear communication between teams, ​directors, clients, and managers. My experience as a liaison was vital in ​every project I handled.

During the preproduction phase, I ensured that timelines were met, ​particularly for store-related materials. This required coordination of ​resources, such as samples and products, to ensure a seamless ​production process.


In the production phase, I oversaw the creation of photo and video ​content, ensuring all materials were on-brand and met quality ​standards. In post-production, I managed retouching and final ​adaptations, delivering final assets for various channels.


Additionally, I collaborated with influencers aligned with the brand, ​providing them with samples to create and share content across their ​channels. This expanded our campaign reach and engagement.


Effective communication and alignment across all teams were crucial ​to achieving successful project outcomes.

I led the production of a limited-edition book series titled Living Med, showcasing Mediterranean destinations through the ​artistic lens of photographer Txema Yeste. The first edition features Ibiza, with images taken in 2020. We used the printed ​edition to manage a social media contest aimed at capturing leads.

As a Project Manager at DataSocial, I led end-to-end projects in collaboration with multi-functional ​teams, including E-commerce, Marketing, Developers, Tech, and Business stakeholders. I managed ​over 30 projects focused on RevOps and Data Integrations within the HubSpot platform, ensuring ​seamless execution by identifying risks and adapting tasks as needed.


My responsibilities covered a range of areas, including Marketing Automation, Social Content, Social ​and Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, eCommerce, web development, and integrations, using Scrum ​and Inbound Marketing methodologies. I developed detailed project plans, tracked progress, and ​provided updates on costs, timelines, and risks.


I collaborated closely with UX/UI designers to ensure optimal user experience and interface design. ​Additionally, I led social media and community engagement efforts, creating social media plans, ​strategies, buyer personas, and lead-capturing materials such as eBooks.


I coordinated internal resources, managed changes, and maintained effective communication ​between teams and stakeholders. I also implemented internal methodologies to enhance project ​control and organization, documented project learnings, and shared insights with other team ​members to drive continuous improvement.


TV Producer

I have worked as a TV producer in various capacities, from production assistant to head of production, ​across numerous television shows, including fictional series, TV programs, and events.


My experience encompasses organizing health and wellness programs, managing both human and ​technical logistics, planning recording schedules, and facilitating communication between departments.


I have been responsible for sourcing collaborators and guests, handling casting, scouting locations, and ​organizing programming schedules. I have also written TV spot scripts, managed and created budgets, ​crafted social media posts and newsletters, and organized corporate courses and events.


My role involved overseeing logistical aspects at locations, coordinating studio and on-location shoots, ​managing contracts and budgets, and maintaining contact with suppliers to ensure everything was ​prepared and in place for each recording day.


Notable projects include the making of the series "El Ministerio del Tiempo" for TVE, as well as "Cuéntame ​cómo pasó," "Bandolera," and "La vida secreta de los niños."
